London – Southend was great ride, the weather was a little bit of a dissapointment after the week we’d been having. 14 MPH head winds made life a little bit harder. We managed to get a bit of footage so should have an edit together soon.

any reason for the plastic toe clip preference?????
sorry i couldnt make it to the ride
i prefer double straps and find that plastic toe clips have much more width than metal varients. Also they tend to be more durable and dont make a brutal sound when they hit the road. Plastic toe clips with double straps on bmx pedals has the ultimate feel and efficiency for me.

since i got my track frame the clips never scrape(extra BB clearence),what about the bmx pedal extra width with cornering?? is that ever a problem?? i use the mks slyvan with the cage bits off the end chopped off my feet overhang the edge of the pedal, not ideal???
